ARCHBEAST adheres to the principle of User Sovereignty. Any architectural drawings, BIM data, interior renderings, or property metadata uploaded to archbeast.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of the user. Our neural engines process this data in volatile memory to generate outputs; we do not claim ownership over your creative vision.

2. Strategic Information Collection

To facilitate high-fidelity neural rendering, we collect specific data points points:

Identification Data

Name, organizational affiliation, and professional credentials used to establish your Design ID.

Spatial Assets

Images, blueprints, and sensor data required for AI-driven structural synthesis.

3. Neural Processing & GPU Security

All data transit to archbeast.com is protected by AES-256 bit encryption. Our rendering pipeline utilizes isolated cloud instances. Unlike legacy platforms, ARCHBEAST does not use client data to train public models without explicit, multi-factor consent from enterprise administrators.

4. Global Compliance Standards

ARCHBEAST is designed with "Privacy by Design" at its core. We maintain compliance frameworks consistent with GDPR (EU), CCPA (USA), and ISO/IEC 27001 standards. Users have the right to request a complete "Neural Wipe"—the permanent deletion of all spatial data and account history—at any time through the Settings terminal.

5. Data Retention Protocols

We retain spatial assets only as long as necessary to serve your project needs. Inactive design vaults are archived after 180 days and permanently purged after 365 days of inactivity, unless an Enterprise Long-Term Storage agreement is in place.
